Delivery and fees

Please see below for delivery times. Shipping may be delayed during events organized by FWT Management SA. Delivery can also be affected by customs formalities.

Shipping Times

Shipping times do not include the time taken to prepare the order prior to sending. 

Switzerland:  2 - 3 working days 

Europe: 8 - 15 working days 

Taxes and fees related to the customs formalities are the responsibility of the customer.

The announced delivery time is an estimation; not a contractual obligation from FWT Management SA.

FWT Management SA is using postal services to deliver orders. The customer is invoiced the shipping costs based on products' weight.

In case the product you receive is damaged, the customer has up until 10 days after receiving the product to notify us of the damage via email at the following email address : shop@freerideworldtour.com

Your claim will only be taken into consideration if you enclose a photo of the damaged product in your email.

Beyond 10 days the article will be considered as accepted.
