General terms

Our terms and conditions are valid for any order made through the online shop : www.freerideworldtour-shop.com.

While confirming the order the customer accepts the following terms and conditions in their entirety.

Products offers are valid as long as they appear in the webshop and as long as supplies last. The pictures used on the webshop are only here for illustrative purposes and are not part of the contractual conditions.

In case an ordered article is out of stock, you will be informed by email as soon as possible and the order will be cancelled.

Delivery and fees

The order is usually delivered under 2 to 3 working days for Swiss orders and 8 to 15 working days for European orders, except when events organized by FWT Management SA are occurring. In that situation, the delivery time can be extended. Delivery can also be affected by customs formalities.

The delivery time starts once the order has left our office. 

The announced delivery time is an estimation; not a contractual obligation from FWT Management SA.

Taxes and fees related to the customs formalities are the responsibility of the customer.

FWT Management SA is using postal services to deliver orders. 

In case the product you receive is damaged, the customer has up until 10 days after receiving the product to notify us of the damage via email at the following email address : shop@freerideworldtour.com

Your claim will only be taken into consideration if you enclose a photo of the damaged product in your email.

Beyond 10 days the article will be considered as accepted.

 

Price

All the prices are including VAT (8%) but do not include shipping costs which are added directly into your shopping basket. Seasonal and temporary sales can affect the prices of the goods. FWT Management SA reserves the right to modify its prices without prior notice and without explanations, but the prices invoiced for the ordered products are those applicable at ordering date.

 

Returns and Trade-in

You can send back unsuitable/undesired articles within 14 days of receiving the order for a refund or exchange.

Returned products must be undamaged, without signs of use, and still bearing its label.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Payment

We accept payments via credit cards and PayPal. All transactions are processed through PayPal to ensure a secured payment.

 

Warranty

The sold products are guaranteed for 2 years from the order date of the article which is indicated on the product invoice.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by a user damage or wear and tear.

 

Modification of the Terms and Conditions

FWT Management SA reserves the right to bring modifications to these terms and conditions without prior notice.
